I would rate Lee at MCG as the best surveyor in Aylesbury. I say this because, not only have I used him to survey two properties (in both cases he argued that the less expensive survey option would be sufficient for me as they were recently built properties), I also called on him to help me resolve an unfortunate dispute with a seller over water damage and he was absolutely excellent. I didn't think he would be interested in getting involved, but he attended to assess at short notice and he even provided an email to help me argue my case.
