• RICS Homebuyer Survey Level 1 - Condition Report

This level of survey is the most economic and includes a visual inspection that is less extensive than for a level 2 or 3 Survey.

This survey report does not include advice on repairs or ongoing maintenance and this, combined with the less extensive inspection, usually means it is better suited to conventionally built, modern dwellings in satisfactory condition. It will not suit older or complex properties, or those in a neglected condition.

  • RICS Homebuyer Survey Level 2 -

    Impartial assessment of residential properties

Our most popular option, this level of service is for clients who are seeking a professional opinion at an economic price. It is, therefore, less comprehensive than a level 3 service. The focus is on assessing general condition and is more suitable for standard type properties.

  • RICS Homebuyer Survey Level 3 -

    Extensive survey report

The extensive Level 3 survey report offers a fuller analysis of the property, providing more exact technical information and commentary related to the building's construction, condition, defects and need for repairs. It is an invaluable due diligence tool for home buyers to make an informed decision about purchasing a property.
